COVID-19 Resources
COVID-19 is affecting everyone significantly. In an effort to support our local governments, our team has crafted a template document that your organization may find useful. This document can function as either an ordinance or a resolution and upon passage, allows organizations to conduct FOIA-compliant electronic meetings. We have also provided a list of recommendations for procedures that may be useful in conducting electronic meetings. We are offering these documents to any organization with the hope that they may be helpful during this difficult time. Local governments should consult with their attorneys prior to using these resources.
These resources are updated as of April 30, 2020
