Woodruff-Roebuck Water District – Water Treatment Facility

New Water Treatment Plant: $37,185,000 Water System Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2010, as refunded in advance by the $33,790,000 Water System Revenue Bonds, Series 2016. Pope Flynn acted as bond counsel to Woodruff-Roebuck Water District in connection with the issuance of water system revenue bonds, the proceeds of which were used to construct 4.4 million gallons per day water treatment facility. The facility is supplied by raw water from both the North and South Tyger Rivers. The Series 2010 Bonds partially refunded in advance of their respective maturities by the Series 2016 in order to achieve interest rate savings.
